PUSA STFR METER KIT (PUSA Soil Test and Fertiliser Recommendation Meter Kit) is an advanced Soil Testing Kit being manufactured by W S Telematics Private Limited, a Harvesto Group company, under license from ICAR - IARI, New Delhi, Ministry of Agriculture, Government of India.​ It is authorised under the Government of India's Soil Health Card mission.

This advanced Soil Testing Kit is a Soil Doctor that tests 14 parameters of soil, recommends fertiliser dose for over 100 crops, prints Soil Health Card through in-built thermal printer, sends Soil Testing Report to mobile via Bluetooth and computer via USB, has 6 hours of in-built battery back-up and can be charged via a solar panel.

It is very easy to use and can be operated by any high-school graduated after one-day training. It can be used by Governments, farmers, entrepreneurs, rural youth, agriculture companies, NGO's and development funds to start their own Soil Testing Labs and make soil testing facility available to farmers in the region.
